We are extremely happy with Jaya Rajesh and her team’s work for our dream home. Jaya did an outstanding work in fulfilling our requirements with highest quality and in time. As a designer she was extensively involved from concept to design to implementation. There were many challenges due to civil work being already completed, and we coming up with tough requirements. But Jaya handled all of them in a very smart way, by being creative and innovative. She guided us in making our home a comfortable and easy to maintain space with a unique personal touch which made our home a lovely place for the entire family. Overall we give 5 out of 5 for her work in our villa.

Jaya is super creative, solution oriented, and above all, give lots of importance to customer needs and functional aspects. We had to use some of our existing furniture and she designed the room around that without compromising the look. She was thoughtful to take us through visualizing the complete design before implementing.She and her team has a passion about achieving the customers dream house with a range of design choices suiting ones budget. The end result, we were in awe seeing our dream home turn reality! We are really happy with Unique Spaces and can highly recommend Jaya and Team for your dream home.

We had the interiors of our 3 bedroom apartment designed and executed by Jaya Rajesh of Unique Spaces. Given that the owners have to make lots of minor and major decisions during the project, one would expect the process to be mentally draining and time taking. Jaya with her experience, expertise and sophisticated approach, made the whole process quite simple and decision making fairly easy. She had this way of giving us multiple options and explaining the pros and cons of each of them which enabled us to take conscious decisions quickly. We enjoyed the process and we got a beautiful and inspiringly designed apartment, that too ahead of the schedule! I congratulate Jaya and Unique Spaces and wish them all the very best!
